“quality Renata brand items as described, sealed in a water-resistant bag. unfortunately the batteries were crushed in their plastic blister pack which came unglued and one was out of it's pocket, which then fell to floor without me noticing, with a 3 year old around this isn't good, but as much my fault as the packaging. Supplier was fast to respond after I informed them of the unglued package.”
