“Service by Trade NRG probably good but is completely let down by the regularly predictably shoddy service from from Royal Mail who have probably forgotten where they stored it It has not (today’s date 14 April 2021 ) yet been delivered. They are letting you down!!!! Barry. King order noTN27739”

“Advertised labels as square corner when clearly they are not (this company’s label on the left against one on the right from previous supplier) clearly a difference!! Tried to tell me I was lying and they don’t do rounded corners labels when they clearly are rounded?! Had to send photo twice and they still wouldn’t assist”

“The product itself is fine. Communication by NGR is another matter. Acknowledgment of the order was prompt, but the tracking link sent did not work. NRG then changed the despatch, but did not explain it clearly, and the second tracking link also did not work. In the end, the product arrived later than expected.”

“Ordered Renata watch battery 390 SR1130W. Sent 390 SR1130S. Noticed I could have bought cheaper S batteries on line elsewhere. Service good however, and watch now working. Saved me going to watchmaker, costing me considerably more. Happy customer.”
