“One reason that I enjoy online shopping is the excitement of receiving a well-wrapped parcel. Sadly, this could not be said of the boots I received as they arrived in a very scruffy and beaten-up box. A nuisance for me because I keep my shoes in their original boxes. Service: 10/10, presentation 0/10!”

Thank you for your review, we were disappointed to hear we had inadvertently delivered a pair of Fit flops to you that were a 'sale item'. Unfortunately in this instance we have failed to meet our standards and this was clearly our mistake, please accept our apologies, needless to say we have refunded you the difference.
