“I've used Unlimited Web Hosting since February 2011. Yes, 2011. I've also worked with many other suppliers like Rackspace, SixDegrees, FastHosts, and such - at scale. As those brands come and go, I've stuck with Unlimited Web Hosting. Why? It just works. I've NEVER HAD AN OUTAGE or service issue, in 10 years. Support is FAST. I get a faster response time from these guys, then I have in a corporate agreement (spending thousands or tens of thousands a MONTH) with the likes of Rackspace. Bear in mind this is web hosting, and you need to be a technical user. It's not "paint by numbers", so you need decent technical knowledge - similar to if you were using a droplet from Digital Ocean. They're good. Use them.”

“Great customer service, you even get to speak to a real person over the phone! Value for money, when payments work properly (Avoid WorldPay!) Been with these guys over 10 years now and the servers have never missed a beat. As mentioned, the ticket system works great and all my issues - no matter how stupid I've been - are always resolved in a diplomatic and level headed way. Recommended.”
