“I am an IT engineer with 25 years of experience. Probably I will move my services due to their unprofessionalism and unethical business conduct and etiquette. Support is worst and rude. I don't want to post this publicly but they have annoyed and disrespected me several times. They have defamed my company name, brand and made a huge loss to my company. They don't know how the IT industry and Software Development work. I am stuck with them because I have sold the services to my customers. I will talk to my customers and soon decide my next plan about moving. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. My clients' website updates every few hours, so I take backup and download on local myself as I am the administrator and webmaster of my client's websites and accountable and answerable to my clients. In WordPress and cpanel you get options to backup your website and database regularly. But these guys who claim to provide unlimited webspace will not allow you to back up your Wordpress and Cpanel. Jetbackup will not allow you to download the backups on your local for security and disaster recovery. Imagine you have a hosted eCommerce website, now on an e-commerce website you will get orders anytime during the day, so you will prefer to have latest backup for disaster recovery. Many such features are not allowed and it becomes useless to say you purchased unlimited hosting. These guys are cheap and unprofessional in business conduct. They deleted my and my client's files, database, and backups in less than 3 hours without telling me or at least tell me to clean up space or notified me. Don't buy any services from this company, you will be in big trouble. All plans are fake, there is nothing unlimited. Support is pathetic and highly unprofessional. Their communication skills with clients are very rude and worst they treat you as a slave. Also, If you are not in London and UK then don't order for their hosting, in my support ticket communication, they said they only serve Local London and UK customers as their Network is not feasible for global. But they are continuously advertising their products and services in India. If you are looking for your website to work with high speed, globally from all countries and flawlessly this is not the company to host with. Moreover, these people are not reliable, you can not trust and rely on them that you are safe & secure with them. They haphazardly do and can do anything with your website and account. It may also happen all sudden one day you will see your website down or deleted when you wake up in the morning. Their server configuration is also very low and poor, do not even support 20 concurrent users. CPU will immediately trigger to 80% and RAM 60% with 10 to 15 users. The speed of the hosting is very slow. If you will ping the network it will give request time out and tracert will also not work flawlessly. Message me at any time for a more detailed review. “Well I had a great relationship with this company until frequent slowness issues forced me to go and get my own dedicated hosting to stop the slowness issue, solved the minute I moved. I then decided to use unlimited hosting to host the websites and use dns to switch between the 2 hosting solutions, I set the files to be backed up to unlimited hosting so that it automatically updates my sites on unlimited hosting only to be told this was data warehousing and that they have suspended my account without warning and deleted all my files, no warning or conversations just flat out delete and regards. Fortunately there is many other hosting companies out there that allow this and already have a quote for £2 more per month. This could have been handled so much differently for a loyal customer of over 3 years. Thanks for your understanding, be aware that you will not be warned before breaching terms, I was backing up 1 per month 11gb for 12 months, my websites were image heavy when I was with them anyway so that was roughly what I was hosting before backing up with them. Customer lost and reviews will be given to reflect the unprofessional nature of how this was dealt with. Be aware once a great company with great customer services. Shame now this is how things are dealt with.”

“They have messed up my website completely from the backend and I have no clue what changes they have done :( without any notification and "Unlimited Web Hosting" dont even know how to fix it. Now, I dont get any emails notifications for the orders I receive. My customers are complaining that they dont get confirmation email. I am completely f.... No response from the company. Just a piece of advice, guys if you have ecommerce website, this company is not for you.”

“I’ve been a web designer / programmer/ Coder/ with Cisco CCNA/ Microsoft certified, and I needed to go to a hosting company I could trust, so I started off with a couple of domains with the reseller package to see what this company is like, I’m pleased to say since I’ve been with this company they have helped me a tremendous amount getting my sites setup, I went through a process of buying a domain with them and I bought a domain elsewhere and changed the name servers to unlimited hosting, and within less the 5 mins my site was up and running, so I just want to say a big thank you to Danny, Tommy, Nick, and the rest of the team, your doing an awesome job, as sometimes I have questions in the middle of the night and always someone there to help, if this service continues to impress me, I will be with you for a long time, I was also with another hosting company as a reseller and I was still getting charged for SSL Certs, but rest assured with unlimited web hosting you can sign the SSL certs yourself, and it’s all for free, check them out I don’t think you will be disappointed, all the best to UWH, keep up the good work guys, stay safe. 👍”
