“I feel as though the most difficult part of the application experience is finding a course you’re passionate about and seeing it through. I am so glad that before any process began, the administration asked a you a series of questions to see if the course is the right one for you.
The online learning platform is easy to navigate and I find that being able to see the checklist of modules is motivating.
The Assessors are quick to respond and are helpful as well.
My course is very technical and the role plays are tricky to script out but it does give me the makeshift experience of what it’ll be like once I enter my field of interest.”

The online learning platform is good in general, however, it needs some improvement regarding the teachers and the explanation.
In module 1, Nour was a very excellent teacher, Modules 2,3 and 4 were acceptable so I could get explanations through videos already recorded where I could find answers and explanations, moreover, the teachers of these modules were very helpful and always available for support.
In module 5, I am not satisfied at all, as the teacher's response is very brief and understandable.
I meet a lot of obstacles and unclear information or questions in the assessments.
The preview modules were much better than module 5, as they had more clarifications and explanations in many ways.
I would like to inform you that I am not 100% satisfied studying module 5 and look forward to any improvement you could provide to me.”
“I like the material and assessments. Only thing O don’t like is the role play. There is too much! I don’t mind it if I had to record myself but to find peers who want to do it is hard! I know I can do it with other students but then I have to probably reciprocate and be in their role play. That’s the only thing I hate. I just have to depend on others to get the role plays done.”
