“I ordered hubcaps for my car. According to the description on Upgrade Your Auto site the covers were supposed to fit my tires. I found out it was the WRONG size after taking my car to the Honda dealer to have the hubcaps put on. I asked UYA to exchange the hubcaps for the RIGHT size. They stated that I was outside the return window. Now I'm stuck with a set of wheel covers I CANNOT use.”

“they 1st shipped the wrong item, then they shipped the correct item only half of the order. items sent back and still no refund and no response or reply. very unprofessional company.”

“Order was never delivered. When I checked on it, it was returned to sender because it was shipped to the wrong address. Company refused to credit my card. Ebay was no help either. Ebay wanted to charge me 20.00 to resubmit the order.”

“They sent me the wrong trim package and refused to send a shipping label. I contacted Ebay and they than sent the shipping label. When I received my refund they took 50% and said I sent damaged parts back. They are the biggest crooks I've ever dealt with. Out of $139 I received $70. I left a bad Ebay review and Ebay never posted it in ther reviews. They are all out for $$ and not customer service. I also notice that they have added many 5 star financial advertising reviews to pump up their ratings. Another slimmy thing to do.”

“UPGRADE YOUR AUTO IS THE WORST PARTS COMPANY EVER IN MY OPINION! I purchased an item that was received damaged, and they agreed to a refund and only issued my half of my funds back to my account. KEPT the product and never responded back to any of my refund request. I recommend staying far away from this company. Offers low prices but you will pay in the END! Which there was a 0 STAR option :( :( :(”

“Sent the wrong hubcaps. Tried to make it a huge pain for me to return them to discourage me from returning them. All I wanted was a return shipping label mailed to me because I don't have a printer and they refused. Will never buy from again terrible seller”

“Dishonest seller. Bought item for $81.04 and only got $21.42 refunded. Took most of my money. I returned the hub caps (https://www.ebay.com/itm/303318131076) because it won't fit my Honda. I can assured it was in perfect condition. They claimed it was damaged upon receiving it but the picture they took and provided to me on the return details didn't even match the item I bought and returned to them. As you can see the difference in the middle section the of the cap. They didn't think that I noticed that. They used another hub as bait to claim most of my money. Basically, they got my money and get to keep the items. Hopefully karma will catch up to them on day.”

“I was very happy with the product that I received until today 4 days later when one of the center of the hubcaps is missing. I know it was snapped on correctly. And I would hate to think that a product made for a wheel could come off so easily. And at over a hundred dollars I am highly disappointed.”

“got ripped off on ebay buying poor quality hubcaps. they ignored my messages and had my negative feedback removed. Thats how they keep a high feedback rating. They seem to work directly for Ebay. scam!!!”

“I called this company 4 times just to get a tracking number on my purchase. Each time I was told” I am going to call or email you once I get a tracking number “ as to date I got nothing. Will never use this company again and I am going to blow them up on my blog and warn everyone to go somewhere else. I wish I could give them a -5 rating.”

“Do not buy from this company. They misrepresent their products. Once you buy something from them. And they have access to your bank account. They will steal your money. Beware they Robbed me and stole from my account I had to shut down my account And now the police is involved.”

“I basic gave $54. Away .. I got the wrong part they could not replace it because they didn't have one and I paid shipping to send them there new part back thinking it would be in my refund.. nope... Customer service were rude didn't help at all I still don't have the part.. just waist of money and time... Stay away”

“this company is shady to work with .. sent me the wrong wheel covers ,, no return label ,, no store credit ,, offered to call me back twice and never did .. Then they blocked my calls for no reason .. Used my wife's phone to call back and they denied doing it .. all lies .. only offered me $16 refund on a return that was just over 30 days when their own web-page says 60 days on returns … left a poor review on E-BAY and discovered that it had been removed somehow !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
