Probably my own fault for not checking the size which is in the small print but the photos of the floating lights are very misleading and I was really disappointed they are so small - the photos make them look about ten inches to a foot high and I think you should reshoot them as they are misleading

Not as robust as the GPO one we previously had. Doesnt have a warm lifting switch so we have to be extra careful placing needle. Ok for money

I was disappointed that the item didn’t come with a box as it’s a gift for a friends birthday. I now have to try to find one to fit it before Tuesday

Very positive customer service only reason for 3 stars was my product arrived broken with no sign of damage to the outer packaging.

Unfortunately the packaging was a little damaged but this close to Xmas I’ll have to make the best of it. This may reflect on the courier rather than urban gifts.

Item arrived quickly. Only issue was I thought it needed more bubble wrap as the box was squashed on arrival which is an issue when it's a present

I received the items, which were purchased as birthday presents & the packaging of one was damaged. I contacted Urban Gifts by replying to the email receipt, which the email advised to do if I needed to get in touch, and I received no reply. Not overly impressed with the customer service & that I still have a damaged item.

I ordered 3 items. 2 are just as they looked on the website, amazing and very happy with them. The last was meant to be a reindeer shaped ring holder and I got sent a rabbit. Not great.

Really lovely people however to be honest, I ordered a gift. It was late. I called to enquire. I was given the loveliest platitude and told they would send another one. Which I was delighted with. The “other one” never came, my suspicion was they forgot to send the original. Love the product but don’t appreciate being taken for a fool.
