“My item turned up broken. I ordered the retro TV console it arrived the packaging was open and the joystick's nob was nowhere to be seen”

“The chess set is beautiful. The fast delivery, but the box has arrived in awful state, not sure if it wasn’t packed properly by the vendor or Royal Mail to blame, however the set itself was not damaged.”

“I ordered the construction Cutlery and plate and received a confirmation email stating exactly what I ordered, plate AND cutlery however when order arrived I only received the cutlery and the receipt in the package say only cutlery. This set really does need to come together so left very disappointed and with a set of cutlery that is pretty pointless without the plate.”

“Ordered 3 LP record frames and paid for next day delivery. Came two days later and not fit for purpose as LPs did not fit and clips on back were poor quality. Have asked for details regarding return and refund. Still waiting g to hear back.”
