A 12" vinyl wall display was bought as a gift for my teenage daughter. Unfortunately, one of the pockets is split nearly all the way across, rendering it useless. These things happen but a replacement would be nice, waiting for a reply

I bought the giant prosecco glass as a Christmas gift but the first time it was washed by hand according to the instructions the lettering came off.

A very modern item which would have looked fantastic in my lounge however it didn’t work. Despite trying three different (new) batteries I could not bring it to life. During a moment of disappointment and stress the clock was dropped to the ground which clearly precludes sending it back. Very disappointed but lesson learned.

Not sure how an item bought can be classed as portable when it needs to be plugged in to make it work. A plug thats conveniently not included. To pour salt in my wound I purchased 2 of the useless things.
