“Overall build was good quality. The minor details which kept it from 5 stars were nails inside in several spots which weren’t driven fully (exposed greater than 1/2” and the door closure wasn’t smooth. Sticking and rubbing against the other door. Another touch for future builds would be the addition of door hooks to hold the doors fully open.”

Sam, Thank you for your follow up- we did give you a call and offer to come and repair your building but you declined and said overall you were happy with the building. We do always strive to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with our shed because quality is very important to us. We are sorry you had some issues but want to make sure you know we are here if you change your mind!

“I would never want to deal with or send anyone to have to deal with Dayton. He made it very hard to want to continue with the process but luckily Tyler and I believe Ivan were great and I love my shed. Dayton on the other hand does not know how to speak to customers or give correct information. He blamed multiple incidents on other people the day of delivery when we had to rearrange our entire day because of false information he gave. I’m pretty easy to work with and understanding but the way Dayton spoke to me would not get any more buisness from me. Luckily you have other guys who do give good customer service and I would definitely work with them again.”

“The customer service was great, the delivery was fast and efficient. I was quick to pay the remaining balance and once the guy left, I finally had time to inspect the inside. A lot of the beams were cracked almost all the way down, some of the screws drilled into the beams completely missed, which makes me worried. The outside of the shed looks great, but the worksmanship definitely couldve been a lot better.”

“It is a great shed the sales person needs to let the buyer know not to put the plate to far off the ground let them know it has to flush with ground.”

“Sales department is aggressive but customer service and follow up is lack luster. I feel I overpaid for the product and I know for a fact Uban Shed Concepts will do nothing to add value post the sale. Two salesmen/representatives were fired during my ordering process. That does not inspire confidence in the company.”
