“Daniel was a pleasure to speak with and very helpful. The company is blessed to have him. The process to apply is straightforward and the company is very organized. The company is very responsive to phone calls and messages and customer service is very friendly, consumer oriented. Most importantly they treat you like a human being rather than just a number or file. If one has to apply for funding often times it’s not the easiest of times going on and Daniel and the company are very respectful and courteous.”

“A financial emergency came up and I was in search of an avenue to meet these needs.After doing research and finding out that I could legitimately borrow against my personal injury settlement, I ended up at US Claims. Once connected to Scott, I informed him that I needed the money in my account no later than Tuesday, January 9th. He said he could make that target and he did. I didn't get what I needed and was disappointed. Too much paperwork for such a small amount of money. I also have never felt so devalued as far as the accident and rating there of. Scott made his deadline and I appreciate the service being offered. I ended up borrowing from another source of income. US Claims is better suited for someone that might be deemed highly rated in terms of injuries and a more involved plan of medical care. Was not the best route for me, but thanks for the service you provided.”
