I didn't have a very good experience with them they added a extra loan on my case with them that I never got or asked for and I'm just getting screwed with them and my attorney because of this it just isn't right how easily they can and do screw the client but get all there money and now get even more than there should

I'm thankful yall helped. But the stress. Started almost 2wks before my drs appointments & also almost loosing my lights & house. It took those 2wks down to the last minute of the day I was almost stranded in KC, but i dis miss my drs appointments. Also I was having to contact them or what not to find out what was going on. Then found out like 30min til close, the 1st contract was canceled. It was alway rifht before closing for getting any information. Then had to wait til next day. I was stressed, because I almost was stranded in KC, but I did miss my drs appointments. Also I had to keep on messaging & not knowing what's going on. Was unsatisfied.

I wanted to make a complaint about my Representative Scott Weissman. Mr. Weitzman yelled at me. I was initially approved for $1000.00, via Ervin Lugo, communicated by voicemail. I switched attorneys, and Mr. Weismann told me I was not approved for 1,000 that it was denied,and sent the paperwork to my new attorney for $500.00, which was the incorrect amount. Mr. Weissman refused to make changes, and also refused to let me speak to a manager. Mr.Weissman stated that he was a Manager, and I could speak to no one else. I contacted customer service for his Manager Matthew Zmack,nevercalled me back. I accepted the $500.00 due to timing constraints, but I'm willing to accept the additional $500.00 if someone is willing to correct documentation, and send the new agreement to my attorney,so that you can fund the additional $500.00. I would also like a reprimand,and correction of Mr.Weissman,and I would also like a handwritten apology from Mr.Weissman for his rude, and unprofessional behavior,yelling and screaming at me,telling me what I cannot have or have been denied, when the approved amount was communicated to me by Mr. Lugo. You guy's screwed it up, I still haven't received it, an it totally ruined my Easter weekend! I'm so upset about it all I don't care to talk about it anymore. U all really dropped the ball on this one man!!! Now I got to wait until Monday to get the money an I really feel like I shouldn't have to pay back the full interest rate after all this! Something should be done about it cause like I said, it ruined my Easter weekend!!!

The contact person I worked with perception of doing business was his time was much more valuable than mine. Instead of listening to my questions of what is required he would say your lawyer needs to give us the right information. Do I need to request this from the lawyer or do you, knowing he still hasn't informed me of the info required. Then he try to explain it by using office personnel's first names as though I was familiar with my lawyers office personal and your companies. Every time I had to wait on hold or wait to be called back, it was due to him not getting the proper information. Then when I would have to call the lawyers office and figure by first name who worked for who and what info was needed, it was your company that was lacking on the process. A lot of time was wasted due to your employees inability to process his jobs situational awareness and acquirer all the information possible from client then the lawyer and then your company. Instead he needed to be spoon feed, and all the time talking as though his times money and he knows what he is doing, so don't ask questions because I am very busy. Then when their was a breakdown in the process it was due to him not providing or acquiring the proper information.

The claim specialist sent our funds to a bank and didn't direct the bank where to send our funds so it was not the same day funding it's actually been almost 4 days still no funding the money hasn't been returned !

I have been waiting for a couple hours at this gas station that is going to cash my $7,000 check ! But on the check it says call to confirm the check and we call and are told NOBODY is available that can confirm the check!!??? What the hell ?

They refused to settle for what was paid to me and demanded my household services and attendant caregivers compensation, they took my prescriptions, mileage, copays and out of pocket reimbursements. THEY ARE RUTHLESS AND EXPLOIT THE AGREEMENT THEY PRESENT TO YOU THOUGH LOOPHOLES, MISLEADING VERBAL VS WRITTEN. THEY ARE CROOKS AND THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.

You sucked was told this and that and never happened. Was told money would fund within 24 hrs by a representative of yours. I call the next day to check on and was told they have someone call me back. 3 hrs later I called back and the lady oh I was just going to call you back. It been 3 hrs way more enough time to had already called me back. I then was advised that my money was never even placed on list to get me funded. So I paid some extra bills expecting the deposit like I was told so I had 39 cents all weekend to eat and live on. Not happy at all
