I waited over a week and had to keep calling and when I finally got in touch with someone they had told me I was denied. I do not know why I received this email and I was not helped or kept informed by your company at all

The fact of the matter I applied like almost a week ago.The person over my case never answer my calls nor return my calls. I can accept no and that would have been the right thing to do morally! Y’all knew y’all didn’t want to fund me from the beginning why not just follow up with me? Instead of me keep calling and the person handling my case not even rerun a call. I know never to refer anyone nor in the near future look to them for business.

I didn't have a very good experience with them they added a extra loan on my case with them that I never got or asked for and I'm just getting screwed with them and my attorney because of this it just isn't right how easily they can and do screw the client but get all there money and now get even more than there should

I'm thankful yall helped. But the stress. Started almost 2wks before my drs appointments & also almost loosing my lights & house. It took those 2wks down to the last minute of the day I was almost stranded in KC, but i dis miss my drs appointments. Also I was having to contact them or what not to find out what was going on. Then found out like 30min til close, the 1st contract was canceled. It was alway rifht before closing for getting any information. Then had to wait til next day. I was stressed, because I almost was stranded in KC, but I did miss my drs appointments. Also I had to keep on messaging & not knowing what's going on. Was unsatisfied.

I wanted to make a complaint about my Representative Scott Weissman. Mr. Weitzman yelled at me. I was initially approved for $1000.00, via Ervin Lugo, communicated by voicemail. I switched attorneys, and Mr. Weismann told me I was not approved for 1,000 that it was denied,and sent the paperwork to my new attorney for $500.00, which was the incorrect amount. Mr. Weissman refused to make changes, and also refused to let me speak to a manager. Mr.Weissman stated that he was a Manager, and I could speak to no one else. I contacted customer service for his Manager Matthew Zmack,nevercalled me back. I accepted the $500.00 due to timing constraints, but I'm willing to accept the additional $500.00 if someone is willing to correct documentation, and send the new agreement to my attorney,so that you can fund the additional $500.00. I would also like a reprimand,and correction of Mr.Weissman,and I would also like a handwritten apology from Mr.Weissman for his rude, and unprofessional behavior,yelling and screaming at me,telling me what I cannot have or have been denied, when the approved amount was communicated to me by Mr. Lugo.
