“It was so hard accesing the funds via Visa Card because apparently its mandatory to have a social security in order to verify identity identity. This saddens me because I've never been issued one but I'm a person.”

“They are ok just take long to get your paperwork together even after the lawyers sign the paperwork. Should give people a chance to change their mind if they need to some people might not think they are Will get it and put what they think they will get should give a choice like for them to fill out saying like 2 choices and then go over it with the applicant making sure that’s what they wanted. Some of the people working their can have a attitude sometimes so it makes it a little discouraging to ask for what you really been meaning to need especially during these trying times”
