"Prior to contacting US CLAIMS, I HAD ENCOUNTERED A COUPLE OF OTHER AGENCIES WHO SAID THEY INSISTED WITH EMERGENCY PRE-SETTLEMENT LOANS. IN CONTACTING THOSE AGENCIES I DISCOVERED THAT THEY WERE VERY SELECTIVE AS TO WHICH TYPES OF CASES THEY WOULD POSSESSED WITH WITH pre-settlement loans. In which case mine was not one of them. I contacted us loans and spoke with Melanie VanOpdorp, who was very professional with assisting me in this dilemma. My attorneys requested that they changed the wording in the contract which presented a short delay in processing my request, however Melenie was very open and upfront with me and persisted helping me with my need. In comparison to the other three agency that I had contacted I like to say the agent was very thorough and in a timely manner directed my situation to the appropriate people who got right back to her with the changes and all was good.
