“Melanie is my account executive went above and beyond helping me every step of the way. She is a true customer service person by far. Answering email s as she was suppose to be walking out the door to home. She made this difficult time for me and my family since my accident in Feb extremely easy and took away all the anxiety I have had built up since that day. Between my lawyer and Melanie I am now able to focus on my health and recovery of surgery and letting me be at ease that I will be ok and not settle for penny's because of fear of losing my home, my car, and right that is such a blessing to me. If you think their isn't a solution or you are thinking of settling just to get out of overwhelming stock pile of bills due to something happening that you had no control over dont, help is out there. I recommend researching all avenues and know that reaching out is important and US claims is a reputable company that does all they can to get you the money you need without the extreme financial loan rates that other companies offer you that take up to 75% of your final settlement , as if you did not have enough to worry about being compensated for all your medical and living expensive as well as getting back to the life you had without suffering such possible loss. I recommend US claims to anyone. It's no hidden fees,decent percentage rates and awesome customer service. Thank you Melanie for all that you do to help those in need providing the best customer service I have seen and had for a long long time. The company should consider themselves very lucky to have such a great hard working person who does more than expected and goes above and beyond to get clients what they need.
