“I've been a long-standing customer of USGOBUY - and with good reason. During the COVID lockdown, a US company sent a valuable item to my address at USGOBUY - but forgot to include the critical suite number - so the package was lost. When I explained my problem to the company vice president, Benson, he took it upon himself to personally track down the missing package - during his weekend - and then put it in my locker with an extra 65 days of free storage. Benson exemplifies outstanding service - and kindness! I will remain a loyal customer of USGOBUY for years to come!”
