“Had the best experience with USPAAH right before my flight as I was in a quick need of a perfect manicure. I booked on the same day and within several hours was done for my vacation. The quality of the services was great so I recommend a 100%!”

“Had a HORRIBLE experience with Andreea Had a HORRIBLE experience with Andreea. Do not book her at all costs. Horrible vile individual, extremely rude, extremely aggressively. Completely put me off having any treatment. She came early by around 20 mins. I was driving to my appointment. She kept calling me. I answered and she was so blunt, where are you? etc etc. I replied politely. Said I will be on time on the dot. She hung up. Again kept calling after. I arrived. Couldnt see her. I waited 4 mins, called her, she didnt answer. Called again. She answered abruptly. I said im here. She was about 100 metres down the road. So rude. She came over. I said hello. Let her in. In front of my employees she looked at me in such a horrible mean way and said "oh now your late and you were complaining about me being early. Now what?" I simply replied I was on time, I never complained, and why so angry and rude, its disgusting behaviour and very vile. She was snarling. I told her to just leave and concluded the appointment. Avoid at all costs. I later booked Mara from Uspaah and she was lovely and friendly.”

As already discussed with yourself directly, the situation was a one off misunderstanding and not representative of the overall quality of service we provide, as you can hopefully attest having had many bookings with USPAAH, nor of Andreea’s service who has completed hundreds of treatments and has been with us for many years. “I’ve used to spa for evening, make up twice so far. Once for New Year’s Eve and very recently for a special occasion. I can only very highly recommend this service as both Make Up Artist I’ve used was so spot on and achieved what I wanted at the end of it.”

“So happy to say that my first time booking with Uspaah was a nice experience. I had my hair and makeup done by Berta for my first wedding anniversary. I showed her a look I wanted and Berta helped to personalise the look to suit me best. The makeup look was beautiful once finished. I don’t know to much about makeup but chatting with Berta was very helpful because of her knowledge of makeup. I will definitely be using this service again. Thanks a lot two both Uspaah and Berta. Would recommend :)”
