“Had a HORRIBLE experience with Andreea Had a HORRIBLE experience with Andreea. Do not book her at all costs. Horrible vile individual, extremely rude, extremely aggressively. Completely put me off having any treatment. She came early by around 20 mins. I was driving to my appointment. She kept calling me. I answered and she was so blunt, where are you? etc etc. I replied politely. Said I will be on time on the dot. She hung up. Again kept calling after. I arrived. Couldnt see her. I waited 4 mins, called her, she didnt answer. Called again. She answered abruptly. I said im here. She was about 100 metres down the road. So rude. She came over. I said hello. Let her in. In front of my employees she looked at me in such a horrible mean way and said "oh now your late and you were complaining about me being early. Now what?" I simply replied I was on time, I never complained, and why so angry and rude, its disgusting behaviour and very vile. She was snarling. I told her to just leave and concluded the appointment. Avoid at all costs. I later booked Mara from Uspaah and she was lovely and friendly.”

As already discussed with yourself directly, the situation was a one off misunderstanding and not representative of the overall quality of service we provide, as you can hopefully attest having had many bookings with USPAAH, nor of Andreea’s service who has completed hundreds of treatments and has been with us for many years. “Terrible service and quality of the waxing product. I have been doing waxing for years and although my skin is sensitive the waxing services i received were always adapted and seamless. This time the quality was so terrible that we stopped the Hollywood waxing and focused somewhere else. Once she started the upper lip, again a disaster - part of my upper lip skin got removed. This is the first time it happens to me. An appropriate customer fairness and treatment would be a refund considering the circumstances.”

“Terrible hair job. Nice stylist but very weak in styling/setting hair! I asked for soft finger wave (Hollywood glamour style),showed the atylist a picture and got a below average pin curl set with no product, least of all from the advertised luxe Oribe collection. I have one length, fine silky hair and this stylist saw fit to rough dry, use a large barrel iron badly then Pin curl set. I left it in for 3 hours and it dropped out literally 2 mins later! As a new customer to the service I was only offered £20 off a massage!? Rubbish Uspaah. You need to learn the meaning of luxe service and hire stylists not because of what salon they work at but their ability to style hair! Make up was completely average also. Rubbish service-back to BLOW I go!”
