“I love this seating and I am overall happy with this product the leather is gorgeous and super comfortable with all the features it has been by far the best seating I have ever purchased. I would have given this 5 stars however there are multiple plugs in the back that aren't very long so an extension chord is needed and definitely a power strip. Also putting together the seats is difficult as they are very heavy and sturdy and between each seat are links you have to connect together. They come apart if not secured tightly which is at least a two person job. Other than that I love my theater seating!!”

“I bought the two piece Tuscany Heat & Massage chairs for my newly remodeled basement home theater in Feb 2026. Having now owned them for about 6 months, I can say I'm very impressed with my purchase. Delivery was easy, the seats were packaged securely and were fairly easy to move into my basement and set up was super easy. The free tray tables were out of stock when I made my purchase, and Valencia customer support was very helpful and made sure the trays were delievered promptly once back in stock (about a month later).
