“The theater seats I ordered are of the quality you’d expect from the price point. I ordered both the Tuscany and the Oslo as I knew one was a softer seat and one being firmer. Both are great chairs and you can definitely tell the difference in leather, all of which is described on the website.
So far the chairs have been working amazing and I expect them to last a very long time. The power functions are quiet and they were easy to setup. I don’t think there’s anything you can get much better at the price point.
I did have a problem with shipping but the Valencia team did their best and offered a fair compensation for the problem. Great customer service on top of a great product. Cheers”
