Before buying the camera I phoned their Customer Services to make sure the camera was a UK model. I was told that it was indeed a UK model. However, on receiving the camera I found that there was no English instruction booklet. There were six separate instruction booklets in the box, each one nearly 90 pages long, but in Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, Portuguese and French. I emailed Value Basket to ask for an English instruction booklet, since I'd been assured the model was an English model, but have had no reply. I would not have purchased the camera from them if I had been given the true information, that this was a European, not English, model. The instruction booklets give 90 pages of detailed information in six languages I can't understand on how to use the camera fully, and I'm really annoyed that Value Basket gave incorrect information about the camera model they were selling.

I ordered two weeks ago. I was notified a week ago that the item was shipping early. I still do not have it. The tracking system just says it was delivered to depot.

As per your tracking details, it indicates "Receipt at depot," in other words, your parcel is processed at courier's delivery depot near you and you should expect delivery in the coming days.

I have an item missing the order was paid for and and confirmed onthe the 12.10.2015 .why has my I term not been sent to me? Am surely geting worked up with this.

Dear Oryek, With regards to order number provided, it was shipped out on 11-Nov and as per your tracking details it indicates "Signature From Customer." We also got confirmation from you via email, that parcel was received on the 14th. For any other concerns, contact us again

Dear Bryan, We are sorry to hear you have had trouble contacting the courier. After checking your Hermes tracking number 8232246917950387, it indicates your parcel was "Delivered to Porch" as of 10/11/2015 Please let us know if its not the case, and we will further investigate with the courier.

Delivery from time of order was very poor. In particular the tracking information by Hermes was none existent until after the parcel was delivered. Ordered on 24th Oct i received notification that order would be processed as: Ready to be shipped: 5 - 8 working days - Delivered: 9 - 15 working days Informed that item was ready to be shipped on 29th Oct but all Hermes stated was that they had received an order at that date. It was not until 3rd Nov that info was passed that parcel would be delivered soon. It arrived on 3rd Nov. Link to Hermes tracking was incorrect and web page required customer to link to second page which was not updated until last moment. Therefore I was not kept informed by Hermes as to the delivery progress.

I have bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 T815, as a gift for my husband's birthday - it was the last item in stock. However I am not impressed because I see that the original seal on the original box has been broken and another seal has been plastered on top of it. I bought this Tab as a new item not refurbished, used/second-hand so pls let me know what's going on? And the power adapter was just thrown in with the overall plastic packaging, outside the box.

The universal adapter is provided for use with the device, as we source products globally and ship them to your location, we provided an adapter so as to use with the device. As for the seal, this would be due to the random inspections made on items at the warehouse before these are shipped out. These inspections are done on routine and on random stocks, or as advised by our suppliers - to make sure that complete accessories are in the packets. price is good but very very slow delivery. almost 2 weeks after ordering still no sign of my package and very little useful info on either the valuebasket tracking system of the courier company DPD. Not sure I will use you again.

Very disappointed. Website advertised 2-3 day delivery. However upon placing the order and making payment, I was advised it would take 8 days. I needed the camera for holiday and ended up going on holiday without a camera.

I suggest you change your delivery company, I have yet to receive my purchase. 2 days running they can't find the address, I contact them and they arrange for it to be delivered this morning pre 12.00 but when I go on the tracking site, it's scheduled for this afternoon.

A couple of days late when my phone arrived. It came with a worldwide charger instead of one specific to UK. I then found the phone cheaper from a high street shop.

I bought a new Nikon d5200 camera from this company and had found Nikon are giving a £40.00 summer promotional cashback on this model of camera, [before buying this camera] but I have since found this does not apply If I buy products from this company, this information was not available on this company's website I find this very disappointing

Difficult to write a review as I do not have the item I ordered 2 weeks ago. Little info available via tracking from Value basket and what is given conflicts with tracking from courier DPD. Helplines give no further info and just blame the other party. Not happy, will not order again and would not recommend if time is important

I bought a canon powershot sx60 hs and arrived the July 23th the delivery was good but the even I was excited for the camera it wasn't what I expected, the same day I sent a email saying I wanted to return the item "under the 14 day money back guarantee " I got an automatic response from them and after that someone saying I will get information about what do I need to do but till now I don't have any answer. I read that most of the time they don't return the money and they keep your item and charge you a lot of money just for the return so I am scared because of that. Because I would like the money back to buy a canon eos 1200d from ValueBasket as well. My order is "413703-801149"

I received the item. I would appreciate being better informed about what is going on. Tracking will only work a day before delivery as I guess the company ships a pallet to the country and then the courier distributes it. An alternative method of payment such as paypal is essential.

The product is what I was expected. the delivery however is different experience. My 2nd time when I buy from valuebasket and probably the last time. Dpd is simply stupid, I ended up to pick up my item from their depot after 3 days of failing to update my delivery location to a nearby shop and 3 times calling customer service. I simply wanted to cancell the order and buy it again from amazon with a next day delivery for an extra 20-30£ Happy with the product but that's no credit for valuebasket. It's what i was expecting : quality nikon lense

I found it very difficult to understand what the person was saying and I didn't actually get the answers I wanted. I ordered an iPad on 21st june and was told delivery would be 5-8 working days. It has been 9 days already and apparently it is still not with the courier. I am anxious to receive it ASAP as I bought it to take on a writing holiday leaving July 10th. I still have no definite idea when it will arrive. Not a happy customer at all.

Ordering was very easy, but was not informed that delivery would be from outside of the Uk. I felt that delivery time was shocking and the tracking system did not move for 3 days. Excellent price on the item but would be reluctant to use again.
