Paid a stupid amount for international express shipping (about 80 dollars australian) for it to arrive late and around the same time as standard. I was in contact with them when it went "missing". But as soon as I request a refund it's like the business doesn't exist and they all hide.
All emails have been ignored since I asked for a refund (good for business).
So anyway thats it for me. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere or cross your fingers nothing goes wrong.

“They have really good juices and their own brand of juice is very reasonably priced. and VW usually includes free 10ml samplers of juice with orders. This is one way that I discovered and liked juices that I would not have tried. Customer service is excellent and the product quality always tops. The site has a useful information hub also. The one thing that is a negative, IMO is that they don't use any kind of online age verification for shipping products. Instead, the customer (in certain US states) has to be upwards of $12 USD for USPS signature verifying. This is so unlike most companies who verify online and only charge the usual shipping fees. I stopped shopping VW simply because for the extra handling fees, I could buy another juice or device accessory! Still, I am hopeful that they will change that. One really neat thing VW does is allows customers to request art with their order and, if available, they send an employee made hand drawing.”

“I received a broken SMOK V9 from them. Sent two emails to customer service - no response. Finally called and spoke with Stacy who told me they don't do returns or refunds on products - even if they send it to you broken. What a miserable business - stay far away.”
“I just attempted to purchase some vape juice with a military ID for age verification. The customer service agent stated to me that the FDA would not allow them to use a military ID for age verification and they, therefore, would not be able to sell me ejuice. I asked the agent to point me to the literature and he/she never did. I think their customer service agents need some training on how to handle military members. To tell a someone that their ID is not valid or accepted is a slap in the face to anyone who has served. Needless to say, I was not even able to purchase. I had to use a different site.”

No customer service if you get a bad device or sure anything else live with it because our chances of getting then to replace it is NONE. Said when it is auto firing 24hrs a day since day one but you can't get it replaced not a refund just replace but didn't happen I finally told them I was just buying a new one else where which I did. Quickly wanted me to send to them then, but to little to late.”
“I ordered the Welcome Sample Pack 4 Bottle Bonanza Extravaganza (had to look up how to spell that 😂), it was only $1! So that's an awesome deal to begin with PLUS they gave me 2 extra smaller samples of "Wrecking Ball" which is Banana Cream Pudding and their January Mystery Flavor which tastes like Gingerbread. The flavors I ordered were "Double Rainbow" which is a really sweet rainbow candy, "Murica" which is like the Rocket you buy from the Ice Cream Truck when you're a kid, "Razzleberry" which is Raspberry and Blackberry, and "Summer Solstice" which is a Tropical Mixed Drink. They're all really good! And on the bag all my juices were in someone even wrote my name and a cute message! "Kira, Vape On! - Jess" I just thought that was a really cute touch to make it more personal. And it was delivered within 5 days! I'll only buy my juice from vapewild from now on 👌❤”
