“Can't say a bad word against this company, they are great. It is simple to order and very speedy dispatch! Also their customer service is excellent. I have contacted them a number of times about various queries and each time have had knowledgeable, helpful and prompt response. Would highly recommend.”

“Aaron is really knowledgeable and always recommends the right product for me. They also always deliver really quickly too, I had an issue when I was sent a menthol version of my juice flavour by accident (easily done as the packaging is almost the same), they sent a replacement which arrived next day. Very happy customer.”

“The customer service of Vape Club is something that other companies would do well to take note of. An issue arose surrounding a lost in the post returns parcel, which in part was also my responsibility. “Great liquids and not bad prices, delivery was quick. I had been sent slight wrong order but customer service team were quick to respond to my email and sent out the correct liquids and let me keep the incorrect ones. Very pleased.”
