“I ordered my usual amount of 10ml liquid but then my e-cig broke. I sent the remainder of bottles back to exchange for pods. A few back and forth e-mails to make sure everything was communicated properly and I have received my pods today. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Thank you Vape Club.”

“Excellent next day delivery service and great products. I had an issue with an Item purchased,, their Customer Service support was outstanding. The item was returned and a replacement item was sent to me within 24 hours, all communication with them was clear and hassle free. I will definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them in the future. Great company.”

“I ordered what I thought was Mint, aniseed and liquorice flavour vape juice, however when I tried it it was not the right one, on the box it says Cherry and Blackcurrent. I never buy fruit flavours as I know I don't like them. When I wrote to customer services a rather condesending person told me that that is what you get if you order on line as you cant try them first and just because I didn't like the flavour it didnt mean there was anything wrong with the product, they offered me 25% money back. I did not want money back, I would have been happy with a replacement and would of happily sent the others back. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company and have never complained before but felt the description on their website was wrong. I have photos of their website description and photos of what it says on the box.......Never the twain shall meet.....TOTALLY Different! I would say as long as you are spending your money with them all will be fine but don't dare to complain or question what their description says because you will get short, sharp thrift!! AVOID.....Go to a reputable shop”

“I’ve used this site multiple times! I’m from Norway, the delivery goes fast and they have a huge selection. I’ve never had problems ever except once (they fixed it within 12h), if something does come up, they do their best to fix the problems and makes sure you have what you need and that you are one happy costumer. So, fast delivery, any issues? An excellent costumer service. Great selection of liquid. 10/10 recommendation.”
