“I have not come across any online company that delivers a faster service, these guys are like lightning. Ordered and delivered in less than 24HRS, Highly Impressive! Prices are competitive, cheapest on line for my coils (Aspire Cleito) and that speedy delivery was FREE! Customer Service top notch. What can I say “VapeClub” you are legends. Thank you so much. “Best vape company around. Been using almost exclusively for 5 years. Prices are competitive, loyalty point system for reviews and buying thing is a nice bonus, and customer service is unmatched by any company I’ve ever used, let alone just in the vaping industry.”

“These guys are on the ball completely. Been using them exclusively for 2 years, I usually use the free postage and packing service which is reliable, traceable and well, free! They have huge selection of eliquids the ones I have tried are top notch. I can rely on VapeClub and to get deliveries out pretty much immediately or first thing next day is great if you are in danger of running out! I live in the Outer Hebrides and because they get the order to the mail so quickly there is rarely a noticeable delay. If I ever have any query, customer service get back to me very quickly and they all appear helpful friendly and normal. They have built a great team it would appear! Wishing them all the best for the future and highly recommend them.”

“Very quick delivery, amazing selection and brilliant customer service. I had to talk to Nirojan in customer service after I had an issue with my purchase who very quickly resolved my problem by offering a replacement or an alternative. All in all a very good experience as always with them.”

“Twice now I’ve had a delivery not arrive, out of probably in excess of 50 orders, but each time the staff have been incredibly helpful and sorted each issue immediately. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Simply lazy and ineffective customer service. The products they have supplied to me are suspected to be non genuine/inauthentic. After several weeks of emails and documentation of the inconsistencies and possible danger of the product on my part, they did the absolute MINIMUM they could to discount my claims, it was insultingly lazy, I myself had already made the same checks, and I have been left out of pocket. I won’t be ordering again and I’d recommend others avoid or risk repeating my experience with possible low quality versions of branded products.”

“I ordered three disposable vapes the Flavours Were immaculate but two of the vapes had come faulty. So I contacted vape club about the issue and a lovely customer service advisor named (Mohammed) had helped by sending out a next day delivery replacement order. very good customer service and very fast and efficient response times.”

“My experience with Vape Club has been nothing short of fantastic. Their customer service is top-notch as well as affordable prices on all items in their store. I purchased two sets of different coils which unfortunately were faulty, but one quick email sorted the problem. A member of staff replaced both items for free of charge with no issue. Very understanding team I must say. I will definitely purchase juice from these guys… the delivery time is rapid. My purchase arrived the day after I put an order in which is very good especially considering it was free delivery.”

“My first time ordering from Vape Club and though the process was easy and quick I had a slight issue with an email not being received. I dealt with Mike who responded really quickly to my enquiry and dealt with it with great care and humour. I will definitely be using Vape Club for all my vape purchases from now on. “This is the second order and probably the last one. I'm still trying to understand if it was a joke or what the intention was, but today I've discovered that 3 of the e-liquids are different. Unfortunately, I discovered this after vaping and instantly felt sick. This evening I've opened all the e-liquid received and realise that 3 of the e-liquid are different( cheap white cap and horrible taste) I can't express enough my disappointment and I will try to create awareness about this and hope nobody will repeat my experience”
