“Absolutely awful company. Order was supposed to 48 hour tracked but arrived over a week later, tracking was supplied but it stated it was held at their own warehouse for 4 days and not even dispatched. Didn’t even get the correct items as ordered banana elf bar and got cola. Tried to contact through email as that is the only way as their live chat never connects to an agent, and never receive a response.”

Hi Sunil, we're disappointed that you have chosen to target us with a 1 star review for the late delivery of your parcel which as most people recognise has been caused by nationwide industrial action by Royal Mail's workforce on November 24th, 25th, 30th and December 1st. Royal Mail have made it clear to everyone that their strikes will cause significant disruption and it has done exactly that. Not just in their own network but in others too. They have also stated that the backlog caused from a single day of strikes can cause an additional delay in parcels being processed and delivered of anywhere between 3 and 10 days. We understand it is very frustrating for customers to wait this long for a parcel but we make it very clear to all customers at checkout of the delays they should expect. We even asked you to check a box to confirm you understood that industrial action may cause significant delay in receiving your parcel and you checked this box to confirm your understanding of the situation. You then expected your parcel to arrive earlier than we advised. We couldn't have done much more to inform you of the situation as we are all customers and so we don't feel a refund of your shipping is necessary. We also can't claim any of that back from Royal Mail because, like us, Royal Mail are being clear and transparent with us as we are our own customers on the current situation and the massive impact strikes are having on deliveries. The vast majority of our customers are reading the communication being provided to them and are being patient, reasonable and understanding. It is only a minority such as yourself who are not.
