Hi Cee, please contact our customer support team via our contact form or by email ASAP to outline any issues with your order. We will always investigate and aim to resolve such issues with our couriers. We will always replace parcels which are entirely lost by couriers or provide customers with a full refund, whichever is preferred.

Just started to use thus company as I saw that they sold 0% nicotine I tried these all different flavours and boy was I surprised the flavours are long lasting and all the puffs are there what's stated they were that good I went back for more.

I only received part of my order. Out of the 3 cbd bars ordered I received 2 and one of those was faulty! In reality I paid the price of 3 cbd bars for one!!! I’m a chronic pain sufferer and rely on cbd bars to help, money is quite tight at the moment as this is the last thing I needed. Countless messages via live chat and email to customer services have gone unanswered or the promise that someone will get back to me which never happens. Such a shame but my experience has been terrible I’ve given them plenty of chances to sort this out to no avail… awful customer service... I’m out of pocket!

Hi Simon, I can see from your tracking that all of your items were eventually received. We can only apologise for the particular courier's delays in this instance that meant that your parcel arrived later than expected. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do to have any influence over the 1-2% of parcels that get delayed in the courier network from time to time. The vast majority of our parcels arrive on time, as can be seen in our other positive reviews.
