After reading many reviews that said that people had either not recieved their shoes, got the wrong ones or only recieved a partial order, I realize that I will have to get my bank to get a refund. I’m going on a month and a half since ordering and have received nothing. I opened a case with PayPal and like the other reviewer, I got a fedex tracking number, which 10 days later still has not been scanned/updated at all. I email them daily, sometimes multiple times a day, demanding a refund. I’ve filed a report with the FTC. I STRONGLY URGE everyone to file a report as well! This company needs to be shut down!

“DO NOT order from this company. My daughter ordered from here using my PayPal account. The money was taken out and we never received her shoes. I emailed customer service and got a generic reply with no tracking information. I tried the website 2 weeks later and it’s conveniently unavailable. I’m getting ready to file a dispute with PayPal. “Variedshoes.com are a legit company. I ordered shoes from them back in January they tell you 5 to 10 business days or something like that o t took until April. Now I am not sure if some of this was due to covid-19, because everything was backed up or if customer service is just that terrible. I know I am kinda going back and forth but before Covid the review s were bad as well. Another thing that was terrible is you could not reach anyone I called to try and cancel my order nothing I emailed them they said that the package was on the way check the mail. They need to get better customer service to let people know what is going on. My first package like I said April the second package was June. the shoes were nice. I just think if people knew they might not get their product for 3 or 4 months that this would be conveyed this might alleviate some stress any how there's my 2 cents on the matter”
