“Customer service is amazing.. staff are fantastic. One lady tried to on boots for me to check the calf size .. delivery is really fast and returns when required are brilliant also really quick. Cannot recommend enough”

“Purchased shoes at a greatly reduced price. Unfortunately they did not fit. I returned same that day and received a confirmation email from Vaughans within 24 hours…first class customer service. I am awaiting funds transfer but I will certainly buy from Vaughans again.”
