“I ordered boots , the wrong boots were in the wrong box hence the wrong boots came . I was told Dpd would collect them for a refund 2 days later still no sign of anyone to collect them . I asked could they tell me exactly when did would come amd they said they couldn't. Very very disappointed in customer service”

Hi there, We’re really sorry to hear about the mix-up with the boots and the delay in the collection for your refund. This is not the experience we want for you, and we completely understand how frustrating it must be. As mentioned in our previous emails, our customer service team arranged a DPD collection for 20th November, but unfortunately the driver did not collect the parcel as instructed. DPD do not provide us with exact collection times as it depends on the number of deliveries/collections they have each day, and if this information had been available, we would have passed it on to you. “Sandals perfect & packed nicely , however the delivery company you picked dropped them to another estate! It was just by luck the lady took it upon herself to find my address, I was not in as the delivery company said they would deliver up to 3pm they did not arrive so I had to go out. The lady hoped for the best and left them outside my door!!! The company sent an email to say they delivered them to my address and I signed for them to which this did not happen!!!”

Thank you for your review , and I’m so sorry to hear about the delivery issues you experienced. I’m pleased to know the sandals arrived in good condition and were nicely packed, but I completely understand your frustration regarding how the delivery was handled. It’s unacceptable that the parcel was left at the wrong housing estate , and even more concerning that it was marked as signed for when you did not receive it directly. We truly appreciate the honesty and effort of the person who brought the parcel to your door, and I’ll be following up with the delivery company about this incident to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
