“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and in an email from you it said I did not get a 20% discount but I did not get it I feel that was false advertising as you were not clear I will really consider other options before purchasing from you in the future”

“Small fitting, I had to send back Very narrow so I don't even think a bigger size would have worked”

“I am sorry to see that tge shoes that I purchased only days ago have been refuced by snither €25+ . It is a shame as it woukd to my mind have been transparent and goes vystomer service.”

HI Margaret, thank you for taking the time to post us a review When you purchased your order on 4th of August you received a 40% discount . 5 days after your order was placed we decided due to stock levels to reduce futher as per our website policy: Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be subject to further price reductions at a later date. We cannot predict or guarantee future pricing changes for any item. E.G - you purchase shoes at 40% Off in an end of season sale. The Sale is later increased to 50% Off.

“Wrong shoes were delivered.. emailed the customer service no response. Posted the shoes back today. Awaiting correct shoes 🙄 They were saying on package it toke 13 minutes to pack and dispatch but thats no good if its the wrong product. Glad it was free returns... But customer service response is poor.”

We’ve carefully checked our inbox after reading your review (including spam and junk folders) for customerservice@vaughanshoes.ie and can confirm that we did not receive any email regarding the issue with your order. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we’re sorry if it felt like your message was ignored — that was certainly not the case or our intention. As soon as we received your return back on Wednesday, 06/08/2025, we called you straight away firstly to clarify if you wanted an exchange or refund as both boxes were ticked on the returns sheet and secondly to apologise for the error in what you received. We dispatched a replacement straight away and based on the tracking information, we can see that your replacement is now out for delivery and due to arrive today 07/08/2025 While our goal is to pack and dispatch orders quickly — as noted on the packaging — we recognise that speed must go hand in hand with accuracy. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and are reviewing the matter internally to prevent this from happening again. “Hi, I frequenly purchase footwear from you online, and enjoy getting notifications on sales. I recently purchased 2 pairs of shoes form you, both were Tommy Bowe's footwear. I am a size 38, neither pair fit, both were too small. very disappointing, I would strongly advise you to inform anyone purchasing this brand to go up a size. Were they sized incorrectly at the factory? I never had to return items before to you, but this time I had returned both pairs, which was a chore in itself. I do enjoy shopping online with you, but this experience left me very disappointed. Julie McGrath”

Hi Della , Sorry to hear that you are still awaiting your order . Your order was returned with our returns/refunds over the weekend and processed accordingly. As soon as you notified us that you never send the order for return we cancelled the refund and dispatched accordingly .
