“Boots were out of stock then received an email the follow day now back in stock. Also received an apology email to let me know I was due a 20% discount that wasn't applied at the time of the order and received this back also. Always reliable & excellent customer service”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and in an email from you it said I did not get a 20% discount but I did not get it I feel that was false advertising as you were not clear I will really consider other options before purchasing from you in the future”
