That was the only option so he sent me a returns label & asked me to call UPS to arrange a collection day with them.

I received reply 2 days later saying they would send me a returns label and asked me to return the vax in the original box if possible .

I have a serious operational problem with my Vax vacuum cleaner. I contacted the company as instructed by the retailer argos. Vax requested the model number and serial number. I provided these details. Vax then asked about the fault. I emailed them with the information. I've heard nothing more from them, despite emailing them for an update upon several occasions, still no reply. :-(( Not good customer service on returns, only when taking your money!
