Ok so I have the Vax Pet Advance Carpet Cleaner and have a problem that I cannot find an answer to anywhere please help. When I use the stair attachment the brush bars on the main unit still spin, but as this is not being moved while I’m doing the stairs I’m finding that it’s soaking the place. So I’m happily doing the stairs and then have a huge wet mess to sort coming from the main cleaning unit! Should this be happening or am I doing something wrong????

Why can't i get my guarantee for my cleaner. I fill everything in but after i put in the purchase price a message comes up saying Value 98-99 Cannot be converted from text to number, don't understand what this means all i want is my guarantee
