“I've used Verisana for several years and have always been impressed with the quality of their lab tests and customer service. Unfortunately, their recent switch to USPS for return shipping has been a major disappointment. My test samples took 20 days to reach the lab and, even after delivery, they still have not been processed. For time-sensitive health testing, this is simply not acceptable. I strongly encourage Verisana to return to using UPS or FedEx for return shipping, or at the very least offer customers the option to pay extra for a faster, trackable shipping method. The testing itself is excellent, but the new shipping process has significantly diminished the overall experience.”

“I’ve been waiting over a month for my results. This has never happened to me in the past. I’ve called and was told it would be looked into but have not heard anything back. Not sure I will be using them again in the future. I’m very disappointed.”
