“Absolutely sickened by this place. I registered my cat here. Got the confirmation that everything was sorted and he was now fully registered. I made a call because I needed him to go vets as I noticed he wasn’t peeing. To be fobbed off over the phone. Was told that there wasn’t any appointments for ‘new patients’ which I really don’t understand? Why does it matter if it’s new or old? Pets should all be treated the same no matter what? He was fully registered so was intitled to an appointment! Sadly a day later he passed away. I will never be using this vets again. Absolutely ridiculous that I couldn’t take him to get checked out because he was a new patient! The whole point of registering an animal at a vets is so they can be taken care of and treated if and when needed.”
“Sutton Coldfield .Total disregard for people & pets. Let down badly by them & no communication from them to advise of cancellation of our puppy’s operation. Spoke to manager and emailed more than once but no response to resolve issue. Expected to wait outside in the rain but happy to take credit card inside for payment”
“Wasn't happy with them putting to sleep a hedghog with a broken leg. It was crushed but I had been told by 2 hedghog hospitals that this animal could have lived without one of its back legs. I will have second thoughts in the future before taking another wild animal for treatment as this isn't the first time this has happened sadly.”
