“You would think the most common and logical reason of pickup time change such is airline delay as change of flight would be covered by the service. That is not the case . On our trip to BsAs from Australia the airline did just that completely change the interconnection flight bad luck is a new service they said. Would not recommend .”
“Very bad experience - they do not have all the information about local practices. The driver was not waiting at the arrival hall with a board with my wife's name on it as it was presented upon booking and confirmed by customer service, she waited there for 20 minutes. When I confronted them about this and told them it was unacceptable and that I want a refund for failure to fulfil the service, customer service told me: "Not possible; The driver is there, we have proofs(sic)" . In fact, the driver was not there but in the parking lot, my wife had to struggle with large pieces of luggage and 2 small children to go after these people in the parking lot. The reason the driver did not come to collect her from arrivals as I paid for was that they needed a copy of their visas to wait there. Airport transfers failed to supply this information in good time, customer service was incredibly rude and contradicting themselves every step of the way - first they said they will be greeted with a board with my wife's name in arrivals, then he said this is not going to happen. I could have used Uber or Bolt for less than half the price under the same circumstances with far less hassle and aggravation. The whole idea was to have a convenient service but this was anything but that and very frustrating to top it all off.
I do not recommend this company, you are better off using a ride hailing service!!”
“Terrible service. Taxi didn't turn up. No help from customer services. Spoke to them 20 min before taxi was due to check it was still coming . Was finally told 50 minutes later to proceed with another transport . So now rushing around trying to find another taxi and having to pay a lot more than normal. Would not recommend this service”
“Hello, I received my transfer from airport to hotel in NYC here, I had issue with my plane, I arrived few hours later than excepted. I asked to change the time as it's airline fault, but they didn't want at all!!!! It's only few hours and they don't want. They told me that it's a "no show" and they can't even refund.
Don't go with this company, they don't understand that plane can be late!!!!
