Where are my doors?! I ordered 4 doors on the 1st April and waited patiently. By the end of the month I called Vibrant Doors to find out where they were. It turns out one door was out of stock and they were waiting for the full order to be available to be in stock before shipping. Fine, apart from the fact the final door won't be available until the end of June/start of July!! That's three months after I ordered and NO ONE at Vibrant doors had been in touch to let me know the situation. The options they have given me for delivery are not great - they want me to pay and extra £45 to source a door from elsewhere! They need to update their website with stock levels or at least tell you your items are not in stock straight after you've ordered rather than just keeping your money for a month and keeping quiet. Vibrant Doors have broken the distance selling regulations and I'll be reporting to Trading Standards. Customer service is really poor. I have emailed but received no reply.

Website said "in stock" so placed order in April, order confirmation then said "stock on backorder", expected August. Not acceptable!

cowboys took 6 weeks to deliver 2 doors after chasing them one arrived damaged and was told by them nothing they can do about it total cowboys 🤠 should be shut down

Hi Terence, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we would however like to point out some key points that have been missed; The couriers attempted on two occasions to book in a delivery with yourself, on both occasions a voicemail message was left asking you to return the call to book in a suitable delivery date - this wasn't done. You then sent an email into one of our sales team stating to deliver the products to your address and that you will take full responsbility should nobody be at the property. We advised this wasn't ideal as we'd have no standing with the couriers should their be any issue but you insisted you wanted us to go ahead. Damage was then reported hours after delivery and unfortunately as we stated with a delivery going ahead without a customer signing we'd have no standing with the couriers. We feel this review is very unfair and whilst we want to try and assist, we do feel you've missed key elements of your experience. Vibrant Doors

Rubbish communication and feel like being lied to. I ordered doors that were in stock and then get a quite unprofessional and basic email saying that they aren’t actually in stock but will be with me next week, next week came and nothing so I chased and told next week again and nothing again and this is carrying on. Can’t get through on the phone either just get an email fobbing me off once a week. Very deceitful company advertising items in stock and taking money and then not fulfilling order!

Tried without success to arrange collection of door. After waiting several days for confirmation they withdrew their offer to collect it. Now have to make my own arrangements. Given my experience I would urge potential customers to think carefully before using Vibrant Doors.

Mr Plummer, As per our terms and conditions we must be notified within 14 days (standard cooling off period) if you wish to return a product. You made us aware you wished to return it so as a gesture of goodwill we offered to collect the door even though our terms state that you are responsible for returning it to our head office in Derby. It was only when you started threatening “storage costs” that we withdrew our goodwill gesture as it was clear to see you didn’t want to work with us. We therefore stand by our terms and once the door is received at our unit in original condition and available for re-sale we will refund you in full for the door.

Terrible communication. Doors ordered in Jan. Now April and still no doors. Several phone calls, to be told a load of rubbish and a different story everytime , doors out of stock even though website has consistently stated they are in stock. Eventually assured our doors will be delivered today, to have a delivery of one door........still awaiting a further 5. Disgusting service

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order on 15th Feb, sent numerous emails and phone calls. Currently sat on hold waiting for somebody to let me know what's going on. And still being passed from pillar to post! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Mr Ashmore, I have looked into this situation for you and can see you ordered doors that were showing in stock to us, the order was placed on 16/02, on the 17/02 afternoon upon picking we found out from the warehouse that there was a stock issue on the order so one of our order processing team contacted to make you aware and gave you a date of 10/03 for us to expect the doors into stock, from there you confirmed you wanted to wait. Looking at our call logs one of my colleagues has spoken to yourself or your wife multiple times over the phone and we have never committed to a delivery date as this is out of our hands, we are reliant on shipping agents and the Felixstowe port. The container was pushed back by a week, we found this out yesterday (10/03), you requested to cancel the order and this was processed in full. Containers being pushed back in the UK is something we are seeing regularly due to the obvious challenges of COVID-19 and Brexit, all we can do is let you know when we find out. I placed a £2k+ oder with Vibrant Doors on 13 Feb expecting 3 - 7 day delivery as stated on their website. No doors, no response to emails, no answer on their phone line and np answerphone. I have now requested order cancellation and refund so let's see what happens.

I contacted them by email with a query about one of the doors I wanted to purchase and had no response after 4 days. I tried ring several times and no one answered the phone. I have no faith if I can't get a response as a potential customer. What would if be like if I had an issue after I bought the doors. They have now missed out on the sale of 6 internal doors

Do not use this company! They have appalling customer service, do not respond to emails when things go wrong and never sort the problem. I have ordered from them previously so has doors that need to match. Ordered a Mexicano oak door and the edges are streaked throughout and look wrong. Sent photographs and emails and still no outcome. Also be careful! This company is just a distributor for doors and the many cheap door companies online use this one. Pay the extra and go to a company that cares about their customers. Hope they go out of business soon! Typical British inefficiency at its best.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a door in November , told it was out of stock so changed to one that was and was told delivery would be before Xmas No response either by e mail or telephone and no refund I would not deal with this company again Trevor

Simply dreadful customer service. Placed an order 29/10, one door was incorrect, 6 weeks spent chasing a replacement, messages not returned, emails not read. Replacement arrived 10/12, same incorrect door again.

We arranged delivery with this company, I had to leave the UK in a emergency before delivery. The courier then informed us 24 hours before the date stating they would not deliver onto the premises. Leaving my partner with the door in the street. We have pursued the company for delivery, only to be informed they wanted a further £30 to leave the door in the street! Cancellation they have charged £30 the contract was for delivery onto our address. Will be seeking compensation

Hi, this is absolutely not the case. The delivery was booked in and agreed for the 20th, as per our terms and conditions deliveries are chargeable if cancelled anything less than 24 hours before delivery, you cancelled on the 19th! This is not so we can make extra money. The courier charges us because cancelled deliveries at such late notice means we cannot put another order on it its place. All vans are full to the weight limit at the moment as the industry is so busy, we offered a cheaper re-delivery to assist you which would be at a loss to us but something we are prepared to do for our valued customers. These are doors not small boxes we cannot just keep re-delivering when deliveries are missed, we do not have that luxury.

I have ordered 2 internal doors from Vibrant doors. I have had no communication from them regarding delivery after several days, so I have attempted to call them several times, within their advertised opening hours, with no answer. I have emailed them and am now awaiting a response. This is poor customer service.

Ordered 12 doors over a month ago, I have only received 6 and still waiting for the remaining doors which they said were out of stock when I phoned 10 days after placing order (having had no communication from them) They happily took my money for doors that they didn’t tell me were out of stock and still no firm date when I will receive the remaining doors. No communication from the company other than me instigating phone calls. Unfortunately this company has not fulfilled it’s website’s claims on delivery times and the lack of communication just compounds the disappointment.

Bought 10 x Mexican doors about 12 months ago one of the the laminate has started to lift according to customer service I haven't sealed it properly even though I used the sealant they recommended and the other 9 doors are fine they are refuseing to replace the door. I spent nearly a £1000 on doors and this is the service you get think carefully before buying.

Hi, Thank you for providing the image of this door. It clearly shows the door has next to no lacquer on it therefore moisture has penetrated and lifted the veneer. I expect this door is on the kitchen or bathroom and this has been caused by the moisture in the air. The doors come with finishing guidelines and we can recommend a choice of finisher (usually OSMO) we cannot tell you exactly how many coats to use nor can we control the process. Our prefinished doors are sealed properly in the factory and therefore come with a two year finish guarantee. We, like all of our competitors and distributors supply unfinished doors, it is your responsibility to finish them properly.

Beware if your items are not in stock you will be waiting ages for your money back! I placed an order with VDs on a Monday for £1485.00 worth of goods. I received an emailed on Wednesday morning to tell me that the doors were not in stock and to ask if I wanted a refund. I requested a full refund. When I called Vibrant Doors to ask when the money would return to my account no one could seem tell me how long exactly the money would take to return to me. The customer service people I spoke to just kept saying ‘It’s on its way back to you’. The two customer service people I spoke to were completely unapologetic, rude and just kept saying ‘It has been processed’. It is now Friday and I have still not been refunded. Because I am £1485.00 short I cannot place an alternative order for doors and I have had to cancel my joiner because I do not know when I will be able to afford a new product for him to fit. I VD again this morning to ask how long the refund will take and I was finally told that refunds can take up to five days to process. He insisted that this is a normal process and is ‘just how the bank system works’ However, I have never experienced anything like this with other companies and in fact many companies often do not bill you until the delivery has been released and if they do process a refund it is back in your account instantly. Above all, it seems really unjust to me that a company can take your money for something that isn’t even available in the first place and then make you wait over a week for your money back. I have read the Google reviews and can now see that there are other customers who had the same problem. This is clearly an issue with their banking system that needs to be resolved in order for their customers to have a better experience with the company.

Where to begin: - Door order arrived late, 3 weeks instead of 7 - 10 working days as promised. - Delivered the wrong door. - Delivery driver refused to take the items back with him. - I offered to send the door via a reputable courier but they (VIBRANTdoors/Clima Doors) refused. - Offered an alternative in 7 - 10 working days time, obvouisly that would be 3 weeks ETA. - Phone lines are very busy at times with engaged dial tones, makes you worry that someone has run off with your money. - Terrible customer service from staff, dont seem to care about customers. - Debbie S from sales team is absolutely fantastic.
