"\u00a31000 item delivered broken and they wont help me i cant spek to anyone they took my money and ran, i now have to fight them in court to get my money back"

"Utility tap came loose and started to fall over. The plastic shield that was meant to support the tap had broken. Poor quality product as this should have been steel fitting. Emailed them got a ticket number back. I have been on chat with them twice with still no info. They said they were waiting for manufacture to come back. Atrocious company will never use them again. As repeated by reviews no customer service or phone number, sounds like a Sham company. Tap only a few months old never used and cost \u00a3170. Expect more!"

"Reported a manufacturer fault in main body of Schon Uspout kitchen mixer, received from V.P.on 5\/9\/22 fitted on 10\/9\/22 no faults and then sprung a pin hole on main post body below LHS tap and partly caused some water damage as it had occured overnight.All I have asked for is a replacement tap sent out to me to have fitted so we can use it for the purpose it was purchased,and if required I can return the defective tap for V.P. to return to manufacturer for replacement under warranty, not to difficult as the goods are only 6 weeks old,let's get this fixed ASAP,Mr McFarlane."

"appauling customer service for a faulty item, refusing to swap or fix a dripping toilet, sent a video as requested so they can hear the drip as you can't see it, got told they can't identify the issue so it's not faulty and thats the end of it, so just because they can't identify the fault they say it's find and working as it should lol, avoid at all costs."

"The copper pipe inside the shower handset has snapped after only 2 years. Completely snapped.\r\nI contacted VP to ask for a replacement head. Not unreasonable I think considering the description states \"Manufactured from high quality materials\".\r\nSpoke to two different assistants - Adam & Melissa. Neither were at all helpful. They just kept stating the product only has a 1 year warranty and that I shold buy a replacement. \r\nTotally unimpressed with the product and the customer service from VictoriaPlumb. Will never buy from them again."
