had new Viessmann combi boiler fitted last October and it has been excellent. The company that fitted it gave amazing service from start to finish and the boiler has impressed us over the winter, being economical and efficient. I would recommend Viessmann to anyone thinking of getting a new boiler.

I have a 4 year old boiler, having an F2 code issue an engineer was sent out. However the following day I realised the problem has not been solved once I went into the shower. Immediately calling Viessmann again you are not interested saying its up to me to have it repaired. I requested a manager and was told to email "service support" having done so immediately they are still dragging their feet taking initially 24hrs to reply and as of today 26/06/2023 48hrs to reply. So they are not bothered I have no hot water to wash. Disgusting "service support"! Also their email is sent out with no persons name on it. That says the department definitely does not own their problems, the email ended:- Kind Regards Service Support Viessmann Ltd Hortonwood 30 Telford TF1 7YP Email: service_support@viessmann.com Disgusting "service"

New boiler is now working fine but froze up and caused a flood in the cold weather. I had to call an emergency plumber to lag the outside pipe which immediately cured the problem. I feel that this should have been advised for and done at the time of installation - it was a predictable event. During installation I was told that the the installer would have been able to replace some valves affected by the work - he had seen the 'set up' when he quoted, but he was too busy to top up all his stores on the van. The consequence was a leak onto electrical parts - again, entirely predictable as he admitted himself. This shorted the supply and left me without lighting etc for a day and a half, in the winter. I was charged for the call out to fix it as I was told it was not part of the original quotation. The dirty marks his companion left on the carpet are still there. So, the boiler seems to be running well but the experience associated with the installation was not good. I believe that I tried to email / telephone the company but my communication was with the installer. He did not respond to my emails re the leak, hence I used an emergency plumber.

As Viessmann is the manufacturer of the boiler rather than the installer we would advise providing this feedback directly to your installation company so that they can investigate and improve their service, as the lagging of an outside pipe should be a standard part of the installation process. Very good so far. A little more noise than our previous Baxi boiler, it's in the airing cupboard next our bedroom. Love the app. Am now using it in Eco mode rather than Comfort as this stops it randomly firing up during the night when no one is using it. Can it be set to comfort during the day and Eco at night?

We called to report an issue with our boiler. Tech called us back and talked us through some things on a video call. For peace of mind an engineer came out and checked the boiler. Everything was handled as smoothly and helpfully as we could have wanted.

Had a new boiler fitted a few months ago. Works great and never had to increase boiler temp above 60 degrees.

The boiler works well with no issues after a full 7 months. The controls are easy but I cannot have just my Bathroom/ensuite heating running by itself like my previous 40 year old boiler system did.... The much smaller size is good as it has freed up room in my kitchen. I have not as yet notice a great reduction in my gas usage surprisingly.

I have been a loyal install of Viessmann products now for over 10 years but the last couple of years have been awful, Used to be that you would call in a warranty call and it was usualy like next day, but now wo knows a week., longer, let alone if you can actually get through to them on the phone, I would be very surprised if a lot of installers are not looking else where not

Boiler replaced an old Worcester. It’s so much smaller and very efficient. Water heats up quickly and savings are noticeable over winter. Installation was seamless, so very pleased with my purchase.

Rang about a service in Feb because normal engineer who installed the boiler was extremely busy. I was given a quote and told I had to wait a short while. When you did get back to me I was told the price had increased. What's the point of having a quote if you just change it. I was told I could get someone else. Fortunately my heating engineer was avaulable so got them to do it.
