Boiler works well with no problems, it’s one of those items in the home it’s when it doesn’t that’s when you notice it being there, So fingers crossed we have no issues.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the Viessmann boiler, however, I am less than satisfied with the installation done by their Contractor/Sub-Contractor. It was my intention to have the boiler fitted in my garage but I was strongly advised against this "due to the presence of electrical installations". As a result, the boiler was installed in my kitchen, resulting in a kitchen wall unit destroyed, broken tiles, exposed pipework, exposed plasterwork, other damage and reduction in sink draining board area. Opinions given by other tradesmen suggest that garage installation was not a problem, especially if a site survey had been undertaken before commencement of work.

Dear Sandra, Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the installation you received from your chosen heating engineer. As the installation company are not a direct employee of Viessmann, I would advise going straight to them with any issues or complaints yo have as they would be best to respond and help. Efficient and easy to use, no need for a degree in plumbing to adjust the pressure (unlike some other boilers) even thermostat is easy to adjust😄

I’ve had a Viessmann Vitodens 200 fitted in my house by an excellent engineer in Sep 2019. The heating is super-efficient. The controls are a little tricky to navigate, but once I’ve had the hang of it, it functions very well. Altogether, I am very pleased with the product.

On a colleagues recommendation decided to replace my 20 year old bolier with a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W boiler, as recommeded by the local Viessmann installer. So far so good and am very pleased with the boiler perfomance and quietness when operational

Still getting use to the functions of the new boiler as I had my old one for 42 years. Do find when it reaches temperature and switches off, room cools quite a bit before reaching temperature again.

Hi, seem to be functioning fine although had extensive building work since installed and recently. The boiler and radiators have been on and off due to the work being done through the house. No issues to date.. The only downfall is the Boiler is a fair bit larger than I was led to believe..
