“Good service and within timescales. I just wish I'd have known that all the pipes would be hanging out of the bottom of the casing - not the fitters fault .”

“We have recently installed at quiet some expense a new Boiler from Viesmann, Problem is the noise from the Pump in the main bathroom is far too noisy , it wakes the whole house at night , any recommendations Steve”

Dear Steve, From the information you have given, it sounds like the pump is separate from the boiler and the boiler may, therefore, be an open vent model which is not supplied with a Viessmann pump? However, if you have a combi/system boiler in the airing cupboard then it could possibly be a noisy pump that needs replacing or air in the boiler which needs removing. We recommend you contact your installer to diagnose the problem and if the fault lies with Viessmann we will of course remedy the situation.

“The boiler is fine, just as expected from my research. Fitters were less than helpful appearing only to want to finish up quickly. Their tidying up also left a lot to be desired, leaving behind some of the old boiler parts which I had to dispose of myself. I also spent some considerable time cleaning after they left. I believe this was mostly due in part to them being sub-contracted or self employed and I believe they would have paid more attention to detail had they been members of Stay Warm staff who were all most attentive. “Brand new boiler but so far so good. It is definitely energy saving, good to know only heating water we are using and soooo quiet. Hot water never VERY hot but wonder if this is a government thing? It's more than adequate for our needs. Very good fitter & apprentice, quick workers and very good.”

“So far we have been happy with our Viessman boiler which has funtioned reliably. Sometimes the house is too warm and we have had to regulate the heat using the tempreture controls on the radiators, The Viessman seems able to provide powerful heat to all ten radiators in our house. Many thanks and well done Viessmann.”
