“Very easy to use. Controls and setting could be easoer”

“Brand new boiler was faulty for the first 2 months. Warranty engineer was out 3 separate times before he found the part in the boiler that was faulty. He blamed it originally on the water pipes and valves in the house. Thankfully he was made to be convinced everything in he house was fine and he took the boiler to bits to find that a disc was loose in the boiler allowing water to pass both sides. Our installer spent hours and days triple checking things he said were right in the first place until he eventually manage to convince the Viessmann warranty engineer.”

“I think my Veissmann Vitodens 100 boiler is a great bit of engineering BUT the thermostat is confusing and the fact that it cannot be accessed remotely by an app, disappointing in today’s world .”

“Very happy with the Viessmann boiler,I find it far superior to the W B I had fitted before,but to be fair it was one of their lower spec'boilers,only problem I have it's due for it's first service,and it's finding a engineer who is familiar with this boiler,I think it's a top brand.”
