“Our boiler, now a year old, has performed well and appears to be energy efficient, though I won't know finally until we complete a comparable period. My only comment concerns the warranty period: before installation the Surveyor said it had been increased to 10 years but the paperwork says 5. I hope the 10 is correct!”

“Excellent product, has made a great improvement to our comfort and running costs, in conjunction with other upgrades to our DHW & CH. We expected to add solid fuel backup heating which was not feasible due to the size of the fireplace. However, after two years we still have issues with the installer including not receiving the full electrical certificates, nor the £1000 offset repayment. More seriously Viessmann have not registered the 242F for Energy Performance Certification so we cannot get the Feed In Tariff for our new solar PV installation.”

“Old boiler was 40+ years old, huge inefficient cast iron monster. New small-commercial Viessman boiler is fantastic and heats 6 bedroom house up really quickly. Great choice.”

“I have now moved from the house where I had the Viesmann boiler installed however in my time there I found the boiler worked perfectly. The installer spoke highly of the manufacturer and I mentioned their name to the company which services the boiler in my current property and he was equally complimentary about Viessmann products.”
