Hi Adrian, It is difficult to answer this question without further details. What temperature stat is Installed, if not a Viessmann control then it may need to be directed to the manufacturer of the control. If the boiler is a simple 2 pipe arrangement then the boiler is heat only and will presumably have external zonal control? If so then this is not Viessmann equipment and would require a heating engineer/electrician to check wiring and diagnose if external issues are present. “Boiler is excellent and met our needs exactly. Bit disappointed that we cannot control boiler via remote controlled thermostat. However very satisfied with boiler and installation.”
