A warning to everyone who books with Villa Plus!!!,I booked a villa with them on the Friday only to find on the Monday I could not get the time off work due to business requirements,when I contacted Villa Plus about a refund I was told I could not have any refund as it was outside of the 72 hour cooling off period, (I was not aware of a coping off period) when I asked the detail behind it they informed me that I could rebook a villa for next year as long as I paid “in full” the outstanding amount for the villa had booked on Friday !!!!!! A warning to everyone, make sure you read the small print as I lost over £500 for a holiday I could not go one , additionally the customer support person was cold and unsympathetic ,thank you very much Villa Plus we will never use your company again !!!!!

Despite providing a substantial seven months' notice due to unforeseen health issues, they refused a refund and showed a complete lack of sympathy.

They cancel your holiday and refund the money with out any consideration of what you have paid in terms of Car hire Transfers and flights.

just 2 weeks before the holiday they cancelled our villa and offered us a lower grade villa, saying they would refund the difference in price.

After 6 days I had to cancel (or try to ) my booking due to a drastic change in my personal circumstances, booking was for next May (2024) there is no refund of your deposit, rip off company, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AS YOU WILL LOSE MONEY, ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ARE TRUE

Customer Service: - VillaPlus believe these issues are fine and do not see why they need to do a site visit to review or indeed offer a refund.

They have offered to refund £389 of a £900 plus villa with the rest as a voucher which given the background I have no desire to use.

No refund of deposit of course as this is probably in VillaPlus's swollen coffers.

Having used this company for many years we are absolutely disgusted that we have lost our money and they are not willing to refund. They have no idea how much stress they have caused us which has resulted in major health issues Will never ever use them again and would never recommend. They are an absolute joke and should be ashamed of themselves

Booked for June 2021 they would not refund saying Villa was available, however the resort in Menorca was not open and all flights from UK were cancelled, they would not even offer a change of dates to later this year! Disgusting treatment after using them for years.
