I was due to travel to Kefalonia today, Villa only with Villaplus. I have emailed 4 times now with no reply. Rang this Morning and gave up after being on hold for 15 mins. I would just like some confirmation that I will receive a full refund within the time scale they have stated on their website. Thank you.
