“I am very happy I bought these shoes. Very comfortable, feels like walking on a cushion. I was not sure if I should purchase a size 7 or 8 and decided on size 8 which I am pleased about as they are a perfect fit.”

“Slippers were too big around heel. Turns out the wrong size slipper was packed in the box. I was sent a size 7 instead of a size six. It was very disappointing. I have returned for a refund as I’m sure the big heel situation will not be much better in the size 6 either. They are too expensive to sit gathering dust in the cupboard if they are uncomfortable to wear.”

“Absolutely the best for my feet and their painful problems. Can use my orthotics or just wing it with the built in support making walking pain free again. Have sandals, flats, slippers and boots. Would not buy any other brand. Great wide fittings also help my poor old feet to be comfortable. Stylish too.”

“I love my Vionic mules and buy them every time I need new slippers. They are so comfy and warm for a wide foot and with the arch support. They also look good!!!”

“Hard to provide a star rating as my shoes have not arrived yet. I did send an email to vionic for follow up for this for me , but have not received any reply or acknowledgement. I have however received more advertising and this request for a review. I hope to be able to provide a more positive review soon”

Hello, We are so sorry that you haven't received your shoes as yet. We have looked into this a bit further and know that we have had some issues with our drivers over the past few weeks. Unfortunately as this review is anonymous we are unable to investigate this quite as much as we'd like to. Even still, we don't want to make excuses. We know how disappointing it can be to have to wait for what seems like an eternity for something you're excited for. It's not good enough on our part and we hope we are able to rectify it somehow. “We had purchased Vionic slipper since the last 5 years, some styles are a bit heavy but steady, good support. Just wish that the company could still have the free shipping for over the certain amount spent like before.”

“Had a serious case of Achilles tendonitis in 2014. Looked around for what to do. Like to wear sandals, not shoes, coz my feet get unbearably hot, so traditional orthodics wouldn't suit me. I then ordered a pair of Vionic sandals. Had to get them sent from US coz I couldn't find them in Oz--of course, that's different now. Fixed me up good and never looked back. They make you strong, where you need it most. Well done for coming this far. And congratulations: your feet have a bright future ahead of them.”
