“I have Osteoarthritis in both my feet. Vionic is one of the brands a Podiarist recommend. The microfibre footbed is my preference. I need the support but have sensitive soles. I can wear my sandals from new without any discomfort. I would buy more if they did not sell out so fast. I am a size 8 and wear a size 8. I would highly recommend Vionic.”

“Love most of vionic shoes,very comfortable and supportive. I recommend the Relax and Gemma slippers and the Bella thongs. I found the esme slippers to be bulky and uncomfortable. I have quite a few pairs of vionic thongs.”

“Very comfortable and didn’t need breaking in! Only issue was they got a bit wet on a rainy day and the front stained and are a bit discoloured now, disappointing as I only just got them.”

“These are the most comfortable slip-ons I've ever owned, just bought my 2nd pair. I wear orthotics all winter but come summer I can wear these all day, everyday. Thanks Vionic for making super comfy shoes with great arch support.”

“I love these shoes, they have helped the pain in my feet so much and dramatically improved my quality of walking around my home now. I was hobbling around the house and my flat UGGs make it worse because they have no arch support and completely flat. The way that these shoes are designs supports my feet when I am at home stuff around the house and I have had barely as much pain at all since wearing these all the time when I am at home. If you are in pain from plantar fasciitis then try these shoes, they are so good and your body will thank you for it.”

“I love my vionic thongs. I can leave them on all dsy sooo comfy & i even walk my dogs on them. I do l9ve the leopard print one as well but couldnt find it this year. However i.di love the colours i picked. I purchased new ones last year & unfortunately hurt my big toe. The only shoes i could wear were my vionics but scruffed the heals as i vouldnt walk properly but thank goodness i had them. Good reason to purchase new colours for this summer.”

“Dreadful quality and appalling customer service - first set of shoes fell apart in 2 weeks and because I bought them from a retailer was given a store credit - used the credit and paid an additional amount for another pair of shoes and these were falling apart when I received them!!! Response - you can have a store credit. As if I want to buy another pair of these overpriced, not fit for purpose shoes.”

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products so we find this feedback very troubling. Rest assured, we have brought up this issue with our manufacturing, warehouse and management teams to ensure this doesn’t happen again. It is an unfortunate case, but regrettably as you’ve made the purchase through a third-party seller we’re up against the wall regarding what we can do to help. This is due to the fact that it is the third-party that has received the funds and not us, so we have nothing to refund you. If you would like to pursue this option we would recommend reaching out to the third-party. That being said, we can say rather confidently that lightning doesn’t strike three times. As mentioned, we pride ourselves on the quality of our footwear and we would love for you to use the store credit provided for us to prove it. We set out making footwear to go above and beyond what else is available on the market and it truly goes against our mission that at this particular occasion we have failed.
